Ordering was really easy- however I didn't receive any form of confirmation, although the money was out of the account- I emailed re a confirmation of delivery, but by the time they replied...( takes upto 5 days ) the goods were delivered, and WOW a beautiful product ( pics do not do it justice ) very easy to assemble, and fabulous quality for the price, (quality was my biggest worry) my daughter is so pleased with her goods, and im happy that she is happy. Customer help line would deffo improve the ratings - as this company has great products at great prices.....
