I had to cancel an online order for a travel cot mattress as, due to an incorrect stock number, PreciousLittleOne were unable to send it in the time frame stated at time of purchase. The website said it would be with me by the Friday before a holiday we required it for on the Wednesday. However, I received an email on the Monday saying that it would now be 1-2 weeks due to a stock error. This meant that I had to find an alternative for my 7 month old baby in one day, which resulted in stress and a higher cost.
I requested a refund, which was processed relatively quickly. However, it was £2.80 short. I know this isn't much, but it is very annoying to be short-changed by a company that has failed to deliver anything at all! I have contacted them several times since requesting they rectify the situation but have heard nothing back. I'd avoid PreciousLittleOne as they seem unprofessional and lack care for their customers if anything goes wrong.
