The test of good customer service is when things don't go to plan. Not answering the phones or emails and an online form which doesn't work doesn't fill me with hope that my order will be delivered anytime soon. Its not the delay that concerns me but the lack of communication and inability to get hold of anyone. I have been waiting for nearly 2 weeks for my item. With no way to contact the company to cancel my order I will not be using this company again. A quick search on social media shows I am not the only person experiencing this problem. Terrible service! I have reported to Trading Standards and Watchdog.
