Ordered a highchair 3 weeks ago, was supposed to be dispatched 24/01/20 at the latest. No communication and “order with picker” for god knows how long. Eventually got them to answer an email where I received a cut and paste template telling me my order was “with the warehouse”. They have now marked the item as dispatched however Yodel tracking clearly shows they have never sent the item to Yodel (spoken to Yodel to confirm this). They don’t answer emails, the phone is either engaged or just cuts off and they clearly don’t give a f*** about customer service. Short of driving to Grantham to speak to someone in person I’m at a loss what to do now. Appalling company, avoid like the plague!!
