The only consistency is poor service - ordered my buggy through them and it developed a fault. They quoted 28 days for repair - I am still waiting at 2 months. However, they have blamed the supplier and refuse to accept responsibility.
I also had issues when I was ccd on an unprofessional email laughing at my complaint.
They always take longer than quoted to respond to queries too, and It took 3 attempts to actually get my delivery address correct. This gives you the measure of the company.
