Had initial issues with the website as the checkout process completed without reviewing and confirming the order. I’d already had to cancel an order for the same item elsewhere after waiting 4 weeks and delays meant it wasn’t going be in time for my daughters birthday.
However customer service were very helpful, issues were resolved quickly, and the item arrived the next day.
