I ordered over £200 worth of fruit trees from Primrose in August 2020 with the expectation that the barerooted plants would arrive by the end of October. When they did not appear, I contacted the company and was told they would be delivered by the end of November. I had to contacted Primrose 3 more times for new expected delivery dates (the information was not communicated unless requested by me) and I was told they woud definitely arrive by the 21 December, then by the end of January and lastly by the end of February2021. I have now completed their 'cancel my order' form and found that this company have the 'right' to decide if they will accept a cancellation. This is appalling service - if I could give no stars I would. I do not accept Covid as a reason for the delay in delivery as I have purchased other fruit trees from a variety of companies over the past 6 months and they have all arrived in good condition and within a week of the order being placed.
