Ordered a gift for mothers day 7 days ahead of time, 5 working days. It stated it was shipped a day after the order was placed and product handed to courier.
Item did not turn up. I contacted Primose a week later to query where it was and they advised the plant was in a bad condition so did not send out and have no stock left. Then stated they will send it when new stock arrives.
No communication to advise me this was the case ahead of time, it took me contacting them to chase the order to find this out.
I have asked for a full refund, which was not offered as a solution as I don't want to wait for stock, whenever that may be!
