I ordered a plantar bowl for use as a water feature in early March. Primrose/Meika Ltd told me that I would get the delivery on 25 April. I accepted this and paid. I am still waiting for the plantar bowl.
I have sent 2 emails and they are supposed to be looking into this but still - nothing, no plantar bowl and no explanation.
