Should've check other reviews about this company before placing my order. I ordered a planter and received no update for two weeks. After emailing to follow up and getting no response, I had to call customer service multiple times to escalate the issue. Only then was I informed that there was a delay with their supplier and I would need to wait another two weeks.
What’s most frustrating is the complete lack of communication. Neither Primrose nor their supplier made any effort to inform me about the delay. It felt like they simply didn’t care about their customers.Leaving customers in the dark is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I won’t be ordering from Primrose again.
