Primrose charged me for a mister, which was not delivered after 3 weeks. When I called three weeks after ordering, the order was sent out within a couple of days. Unfortunately I the courier did not inform me where they left the delivery and I can only assume that it was left in the rubbish bin (something they did before), which was emptied, whilst I was away. I contacted the delivery service who could not help and told me to contact Primrose. I contacted Primrose to receive an automated email (below). This was 11 days ago and I haven't had any response yet. Not good.
