Terrible Customer Service. this is a copy of my complaint to them dated 20/12/19:
"Where to start? Order placed Sunday 15/12. Phoned 18/12 to check on status, person I spoke to (man, sorry no name), after 40 minute plus wait, said order hadn't been processed. I advised change of delivery address and requested confirmation email. Never received. Called again 19/12, spoke to Jessa who said no record of my call yesterday! and that it was too late to change address. Unhappy I asked for a manager to call me back. This has never happened!! Called yet again this morning 20/12 and spoke to Mia. very understanding and then revealed that actually one part of my order was out of stock. At last some honesty. Based on this appalling level of customer service I now wish to cancel my order with you. I will be posting a copy of this transcript to feefo etc. I expect a full refund before Christmas please."
