Ordered a ceramic birdbath for a Christmas present in early December, item delivered in a Jiffy bag in January... in about a million pieces, replacement arrived end of January in a massive box but no bubble wrap...in about a thousand pieces, replacement ordered and Eventually received end feb 2020 in a box marked fragile with one piece of bubble wrap in about 18 pieces.
Order cancelled.
Idiots.
