If I could give this absolute shower no stars I would. Placed my order on 23 March, they took my £112 immediately and I haven’t heard a word from them since, This order also doesn’t appear in the “my orders” section of their website and when I use the “track my order” facility it tells me they have no details.
Like everyone else I made allowances for the current situation, but we are way past this now. They need to be held accountable for their shambolic/fraudulent approach.
