Ordered a set of 6 plants with pots, after weeks of no replying four plants arrived poorly packaged.
Three plants are correct and one is wrong, so missing 6 pots and three plants.
I have emailed on several occasions with no reply, one automatic reply on Facebook (if not automatic, just quickly pasted!).
I am so upset, these were a present for my staff who have worked tirelessly over the COVID-19 situation.
I still have had no response and have heard nothing, I really would like the rest of my order as I have paid and I would like compensating. They take the money straight away but they then don't reply. I did not even recieve shipping confirmation or tracking details, they simply turned sup out of the blue weeks later!
