Words fail me. There has been no action from you whatsoever. Every other mail order company I have dealt with over the past 2 months M&S, Amazon, Mindful Chef, Pipers Farm, Naked Wine, Cotswold etc has delivered more or less on time. If you cannot provide the items then refund my money!!!!
