STOP TAKING ORDERS IF YOU CAN'T MANAGE THE ONES ON ORDER ALREADY!
I placed an order 1 month ago, the reason for placing the order with Primrose was that they said a 5 - 7 day delivery. I specifically only selected plants that were available in this delivery time frame, as I wanted to start working on the garden to keep my sanity. I understand that we are in unprecedented times, and I have understood their position up until this point. I have had NO communication from the supplier, even after sending 2 emails and 1 instagram message to ask whether it would be better to cancel the order and place with another supplier seeming they are inundated and then yesterday I received 1 of my 12 plants in the post with NO email to say it was on the way.
In addition the website is now saying 3 - 5 days delivery again - why is the company stating this if they are unable to fulfil the orders they already have on??
I look forward to hearing from someone! - but from reading the other comments I won't hold my breath
