First up, Primrose delivered weeks after the estimated delivery date, even with taking Covid delays into account. Then, not all the items I purchased were delivered. Have spent nearly two months trying to speak to them to get my undelivered items but they are not replying. I've tried contacting Primrose via email, and messaging on both Facebook and Instagram - still no reply. Definitely the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I've had to take it to Paypal to try and recover my money. I would avoid purchasing from them if I were you, not a good company to do business with. Update: Primrose have given PayPal a tracking number and a delivery company - I'm guessing for my missing items. But speaking with the delivery company and doing a global online trace and trace, there is no record of this tracking number to my address. Primrose still haven't contacted me. Update 2: Since posting a bad review elsewhere minutes ago, they contacted me asking if my items had been delivered? The answer was no still. Surely they should not have to ask me that question. Shambles!
