Same as other complaints here. Order made over 5 weeks ago. Money taken by Primrose. Part of the order arrived but still waiting for the rest. Emailed customer service three times. No response. I understand delivery problems due to Covid-19 but there is no excuse for ignoring email enquiries. Totally frustrating. They have lost another customer.
