Their communication and behavior during these times has been terrible. Not only failing to fulfill orders, but also simply ignoring customer enquiries. Twitter is full of distressed and out of pocket customers simply begging for refund now. Refunds which the website assures people are available. Automated email responses, ignored enquiries on social media, yet still open for business and happy to take more peoples money. Shameful behaviour! Ordered mid April, received a general Covid update stating there would be small delays, and have heard nothing since.
