I fear I am about to join what seems an army of very dissatisfied customers, but only doing so to bring down the Company's rating. My experience is very similar to the ones of people, who posted reviews before me: order taken by Primrose, generic email to inform me about possible delays due to Covid19, no goods, no further order update, no response to multiple emails. I ma taking it with the Credit card Company for a full refund
