Paid them £93 back in April 2020 now mid June, they informed me back mid April they could not supply my Oerter and I would receive a refund, to date I nave received nothing.
I have sent numerous emails and of course they have removed their phone lines, nave received promises of refund on certain dates but have received nothing. Avoid this company like the plaque.
