Reported to Reading Trading Standards. I ordered a solar powered water feature. It took a month to be dispatched. I received a battered box marked 'SPARES' containing broken, second hand parts of a water feature. Despite sending tracked emails (which have been opened) requesting a full refund on return of the broken bits, they refuse to respond.
Totally untrustworthy crooks who will take your money and not fulfill the order. See countless other reviews for confirmation. How I wish I had read them before ordering.
