This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with on line by a long way. It is impossible to contact them by phone, email or even letter. They are very quick to take your money and impossible to obtain a refund.
I have fortunately been able to obtain credit from my card company for my undelivered order
I suggest the thousands of dissatisfied customers submit a claim to their Card companies and report this appallingly run company to trading standards hoping some authority will close this company down as soon as possible
