Was first alerted to this company when listening to articles on Radio 4's Consumer Programme - 'You and Yours'. Disgruntled customers described details of goods that had not turned up - despite their money being taken from their accounts and Primrose's refusal to respond to emails or requests for refunds This has been my experience too. PLEASE CONTACT THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION AND ALERT THEM TO THIS BUSINESS BEFORE HUNDREDS MORE CUSTOMERS ARE RIPPED OFF.
