We ordered a patio set on 31 May while the website was estimating five days for delivery. Our money was taken on that date and we have not received our product nor had the refund we have been requesting since 13 July. We have received an automated response and a “holding” reply to my most recent emails, which promised to “get back to me shortly” a week ago. This company is hiding behind the opportunity to close down its customer service phone lines. Other companies are managing to be contactable from their workers’ homes, why not Primrose? Give me my £210 back, please!!
