Ordered a garden table 3 weeks ago. I have asked few times the status of my order and delivery date. Unfortunately no feedback on when the product will be delivered. I appreciate the challenges with COVID-19 but this shouldn’t prevent a company to provide a good standard customer service for an item that has been already paid. If a company cannot fulfil an order, the company should not sell products online...
