I ordered a gazebo and paid for next day delivery. 5 days later it still hasn’t arrived. On the 5th day I received an email to say sorry for any inconvenience your order is cancelled. There wasn’t even one word of explanation as to why. You can’t even call them to see where your order is.
Please don’t buy from this company if you need anything urgent as you won’t get it on time or they’ll just let you wait till it’s too late.
