Courier service didn't bother to deliver my package, just sent a text saying unable to deliver. This after paying extra for a next day delivery. Tried to phone the company and express my dissatisfaction, only to find that they will only allow you to email or fax them, What poor customer service!
Needless to say I am extremely unhappy with their service and will never use the company again. I will make certain that I search for alternative suppliers.
