After many back and forth messages and phone to arrange an engineer to come and repair the link from monitor to app was give a date 6 weeks time 8/6/22 I massage a day before to get confirmation again no answer then waited in all day for no one to come Sent email out of office reply send another to customer care that's a laugh they don't and still waiting .I would advise every one to avoid this company as there want your money once they have that your own your own disgraceful attitude to follow up problems
