I mean, I have no idea where the positive ratings for these folks from. Complete waste of time and money; after it didn't function as promised, I complained right away, but I never received the promised refund. I was able to obtain the service I want from a different, superior recovery organization despite having lost money to them. After more than three weeks of use, everything functions flawlessly.
