We got project solar's panels and are still paying loan for it. I found the part of it that leads to the battery was off soon after a failed attempt by Octopus Energy to connect it to the grid. Octopus Energy did not think it was to them to send an engineer to sort things out. Admittedly it took time for me to contact Project Solar, but when I did few months ago I was told a call out would cost me more than £350. So be careful. It's not that cheap. I was under false impression regarding the warranty. Surprisingly, there is not service arrangement, either.
