Is Recharge a good website

Don’t use recharge it’s a scam. I was told to pay insurance for s item. They would add the money to the Purchase. I use PayPal. They keep telling me I had to pay again and to use a visa or mastercard . Total scam lucky PayPal didn’t pay them
