I was Sent a text, delivery between 7.45am to 11.45am waited in finally delivered at 3.15pm. No apology told we can deliver anytime. WHY SEND 2 TEXT stating time what a complete and utter waste of our time. This is the second time and I was told to make a complaint to RM but their webform is not working so you cannot type anything so telephoned and after 19 minutes they answered and raised a complaint.
