I was regular customer for many years, and some of my recent order was damaged. sent an email to them with a photos asking for replacement and they said ''we can send you an empty container to replace the damage one. so stupid because i can't open it because it was a gift and i can't send unsealed gift. My order was over £140 and I regret to spend that money on that company. Time to move another better one.
