Totally unacceptable service. Goods ordered with a 2 to 3 business working day delivery promise by Royal Mail.
After no such delivery Simple Suppers claimed delivery can take up to 8 working days. WHY ? and how do they know this, are they so used to not fulfilling the delivery promise ?
