I can tell you how Skylux made me UNHAPPY—
First, my agent said he was available 24/7. I found him to be majorly inaccessible. He encouraged me to only deal with him. That was a big mistake!
Secondly, My agent knew what changes I wanted to accomplish 1 month after buying my original
ticket - he suggested that I purchase insurance- to make a necessary and complicated change. Once I bought the insurance , he informed me that, essentially, in order to use the insurance, I would need to rebook my entire ticket, and that there was no business class inventory enabling me to get back on my original flight that I NEEDED to take. Long story short, the insurance really wouldn’t have helped me for my purposes, but the agent pushed it anyway claiming that it would
ultimately save me money if I used it. Now learning about the flexibility of my ticket, I could have opted to have made other solutions consistent with my business class ticket. This has been a Highly regrettable experience concerning the purchase of bogus insurance. I am seeking a refund!!!!
