BE AWARE! I am a seasoned traveler and decided to use Skylux. I purchased three business class tickets! I am trying to reticket them and they are telling me to call Turkish Air and Turkish Air is telling me I need to figure it out with them. I have made about 30 calls and am being told that Customer Service will be calling me and no one has resolved my issue!!!
