Visited the leeds branch last week, the staff was rude and so unhelpful. Once I got home I rang up to speak to the manager about my experience. He was very apologetic gave me his personal details and said please try them again. So I did, on my second visit I was assisted my the assistant manager del. What a nice man ! Took time to help us look at all the suits and rang round other branches to get a larger size to match us all. I don't usually leave reviews but after del's help I had too. Very kind man
