I purchased an Canon R5 from SLR Hut. The second time I used it the shutter button become lose and then came off in by had.
Their support is outsourced and after first ignoring my email they told me this was physical damage and not covered under warranty.
Just be aware buying from SLR hut is fine if your product arrives and it working if not you are on your own.
