The camera is excellent as was the advice and help over the phone. But I paid £20 for 2-3 day delivery and received the package after 6 days (or 4 if you only count working days). I have been promised a refund, but so far that has not materialised. I will be chasing this. If it wasn't for that I would have given a 5 star rating.
