Ordered on a whim, only to read alot of 'dodgy' reviews afterwards. When I finally got through to an American chap who was extremely rude in customer services, I was told the order would take 2 days to process...but my package arrived 3 days later by fed ex. Despite everything, the camera arrived with a UK adaptor and working perfectly. I can't help being really pleased with my purchase and would definitely use/recommend them again! Shame about the customer services though.
