I requested, in writing, cancellation of an order, within minutes of placing it, as I understand I am legally entitled to do.
They ignored my cancellation request and instead emailed me, stating they couldn't process my order unless I phoned them.
I sent them another email, with a copy of the cancellation request.
They then sent me a nonsensical reply, stating that the order would take 48 hours to process.
Less than 5 hours later, they've emailed to say my order has shipped.
And they've charged my credit card too.
I'm now going to need to wait for the item to be delivered, return it and raise a dispute with my credit card company, all because of their childish refusal to acknowledge a simple cancellation request.
What a complete waste of everyone's time!
