I initially believed it was a UK company, indicated by the co.uk website and UK phone number. I had to ring to confirm the online order, which was unusual, and spoke to a man with an American accent, but still no indication the company is based in USA.
Only a concern if any returns are required in the future.
Otherwise, a good shopping experience.
