I bought a Canon XA40 from SLR Hut, which quickly stopped working. I was then advised to send it to them as a return (they didn't cover shipping costs). I can see that they have received and signed for the camera, so it has been delivered over a month ago yet I have heard nothing. I call but can't get through and my emails are ignored. SLR hut have essentially stolen over £1,300 from me which I am struggling to get back and cannot afford to be without.
Avoid this company like the plague.
