I had a very disappointing experience with SmartBuyGlasses. I returned an item following their return instructions, but they later claimed they never received it—even though I have proof of shipment. I reached out to customer service multiple times, but the issue remains unresolved.
I feel misled and frustrated by the lack of accountability and support. I would not recommend this store, especially if there’s any chance you might need to return something.
