I purchased a 3 year warranty from this company the hoover I purchased only worked 4 times tried to get the documents from this company and get it replaced was the worst money I have ever spent no direct contact from them have tried getting my money back from them from eBay with no success or contact I consider them to be nothing more than thieves as they took my money and have given me nothing for it I intend to continue writing about this company shame I did not read there 139 negative comments before I purchased the warranty
