Went in Supercuts in Walton at 3.pm and asked if there was availability for my daughter to have her hair cut. The lady was supporting someone at the time. She asked me to come back at 4pm. I came back at 355 and was told to come back at 430 as she had just excepted a new client . I said that was not fair . She then looked very angry and said she was busy to just come back at 430 because she had a child there. She then looked at me and said “What”
I apologised to the man that was there with his child and said that I would not be coming back and that I felt it was not correct to take another client when she had asked me to come back . I felt in an awkward position as it was not fair on the customer or the child . It was the member of staffs behaviour it was so rude and aggressive may not of even minded if she was to have apologised. Poor customer skills . 19.04.2025
