I ordered 2 bikinis 10 days before my holidays with a 3-4 days delivery. 7 days later I was informed there was a delay. A day before my holiday I called as I got worried and I have been told it is with Hermes and will be delivered. I told them to tell Hermes that I would go on holiday the next day and it’s crucial i get it. 30 min later the message from hermes that there is a further delay. I called swimwear again and said to contact Hermes so I can pick up anywhere.., apparently they can’t speak to anyone directly- to their own courier. I tried to speak to a person without success. Bottom line I am going on Holiday without a fitting bikini. I am furious. And not even a refund offered. But the bikini will lay in front of my house for 2 weeks and May not be there when I return.
