Excellent experience as an employer. Having used a number of talent acquisition channels to date, TalentPool has been the most effective for our graduate hires. The system works - no unnecessary extras but delivers the goods. Ultimately that's what I was after. Could be some more data presented on the campaign metrics but the candidates were there and that's what matters. Very supportive team and I really appreciated them not trying to sell candidates in to us. Five stars.
